Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any service from Launch.pad, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use the service.

Launch.pad is a product of Monolith-UX. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Monolith-UX operating as Launch.pad.

2. The Service

Launch.pad provides professional one-page website design and delivery services for small businesses. Our core service consists of a custom, mobile-first, conversion-focused one-page website delivered within 48 business hours of receiving your completed onboarding form and cleared payment.

The scope of work is defined by the package tier you select at checkout:

Optional add-ons (Content & SEO Blog, Email Marketing Setup, Social Content Launch Kit, and others) may be selected at checkout and are governed by these same terms. The scope of each add-on is described on the offer page at time of purchase.

3. Payment

Full payment is required before work begins. We do not commence design or development work until payment has been received and cleared.

4. Delivery

Our target delivery window is 48 business hours from the moment we receive your completed onboarding form and confirmed payment. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern Time, excluding public holidays.

Delivery of a completed design for your review — not a live published website — is what constitutes delivery under this timeline. Going live is subject to your approval and any required domain or hosting configuration on your end.

The delivery window may reasonably extend for projects that are particularly complex, involve significant custom functionality beyond the standard scope, or where the onboarding form is incomplete and requires follow-up. We will communicate any delay promptly.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a number of structured revision rounds after initial design delivery:

A revision round consists of a consolidated set of feedback items submitted at one time. Revisions must be within the original agreed scope of the project. Requests that constitute new design direction, significant structural changes, or additional sections outside the original scope may be treated as a scope change and billed separately at our current hourly rate.

After all included revision rounds are exhausted, additional revisions are available at our current hourly rate. We will inform you before commencing any billable revision work.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final website deliverables, including design files and written copy produced specifically for the project.

Launch.pad retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion. Requests to opt out of portfolio display will be honoured.

Any third-party assets used in the project (stock photography, icon libraries, fonts) remain subject to their respective licenses. We use only assets with appropriate commercial licensing.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the initial design delivery, we will revise the design within the included revision rounds until you are happy — within the agreed scope. Our goal is to deliver something you are genuinely proud to put your business name on.

This guarantee applies to design quality and execution within the original project scope. It does not apply to changes of business direction, rebranding, or scope changes introduced after the project has commenced.

8. Refunds

No refund is available once design work has commenced. Because our service is a custom creative service that begins immediately upon receipt of payment and your completed onboarding form, we are unable to offer refunds after work has started.

If work has not yet commenced (i.e., we have not yet begun design and you have not yet submitted your onboarding form), you may request a partial refund minus any payment processing fees already incurred. Such requests must be made via email to launch.pad@monolith-ux.com within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is at our reasonable discretion.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the website or any deliverables produced by Launch.pad for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an existing project if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the intended use violates these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Launch.pad and Monolith-UX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services or these terms.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Monolith-UX is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
